Role & Responsibilities

As Clara’s General Manager in the Bay Area, you’ll report directly to the CEO and help establish and grow the company at a critical early stage. As employee number one, you’ll have an outsized impact on the trajectory and direction of the company.

You will own P&L for the SF Bay area market, growing and scaling our two sided-marketplace, with day-to-day activities including:

  1. Sales & Marketing
    1. Partnership development with local skilled nursing, post acute, and assisted living facilities
    2. Brand marketing/local social media management
    3. Caregiver acquisition strategy and optimization
  2. Operations
    1. Facilitating matching between clients and caregivers
    2. Optimizing workflows
    3. Providing input to the product and automation roadmaps
  3. Customer success
    1. Onboarding calls / site visits
    2. Handling escalations from customers
